How to easily increase consciousness in your everyday
Consciousness is the awareness to experience internal and external existence. When you increase consciousness, you open up to other possibilities, find new ways, experience different timelines and dimensions, see new opportunities, heal, transform, become more creative, and experience freedom. When you increase your consciousness, you peel the layers blocking you from your full potential.
There are many ways to increase consciousness. To become more aware, you must make space for the new. This means exploring the universe and yourself by letting go of limiting beliefs, healing your body, training your brain, connecting with your soul, connecting with spiritual beings, etc.
You can increase consciousness through mindful practices, meditation, yoga, rituals, healing sessions, and many other ways. But you don’t always need to be still and quiet to increase consciousness. The embodiment happens in your day to day. So today, I want to give you 3 ways to raise consciousness in your daily life without needing to quiet yourself and experience stillness.
Here are the 3 easy ways to increase consciousness in your daily life.
1. Conscious body:
What: Do you read the labels of the food you buy? If not, the next time you buy food in the supermarket, start reading the ingredient labels. You will be surprised about the number of ingredients and become curious about what they even are. Question them. Become aware. And get to know the food you are buying and eating.
Why: Conscious body wants clean, healthy, and organic food. It becomes unhappy when it absorbs the chemicals and toxins included (and hidden) in MANY food products.
2. Conscious mind:
What: When you look into the mirror next time, start paying attention to what you feel and think. What words come to mind when you see your reflection in the mirror? Be open, understanding, and forgiving. Let the negative self-talk go.
Why: Your core beliefs (that can be negative: such as “I am not enough” or “I don’t matter”) are hidden under all the other self-talk that happens in your mind. But the more conscious you become of your self-talk, the more you can start training and transforming your mind and brain to vibrate more positive energy.
3. Conscious soul:
What: When you think about body, mind, and soul, the most challenging aspect for everyone is the connection with your soul. It is such a foreign concept, highly connected to religion. However, we all have a soul that is the eternal part of ourselves that travels through different lives and holds the wisdom of our essence. So start connecting more with your soul by doing one thing daily that sparks your joy. Do something that makes YOU happy and brings child-like joy into your daily life.
Why: When you start establishing the connection with your soul – your life will become deeper and find more meaning.
