Essi is a unique coach and intuitive healer; I haven't met anyone like her. She can lovingly support her clients to the deepest, even challenging, feelings and inner wounds, which her clients have not dared to approach with anyone else. Essi helped me to integrate a hidden part of my inner power and belong to my male family line. I was aware of some challenges in my family's past, especially on my father's and grandfather's sides. Before the 1:1 session, I felt I was not in touch with myself. You easily live life through others and eventually forget why you are here. Sad, but also human. I do not feel that there is any single factor to why this happened. I found it genuinely empowering when I returned to myself after the energy healing. It feels like the energy healing wiped out the old dust and just as a baby studies itself, I started exploring myself again. "So wow, I know how to do things, and I have great thoughts and ideas. I did not know I had this within me, etc."
After the energy healing, I have been feeling confident: I found confidence in myself, my future, and my intuition. I also feel cheerfulness within me, and I found a balance in my everyday life. Now I know when to slow down and when/how to connect with myself. I feel much better, and I now remember to take care of myself. It's like there's a flame inside me, and I want to make sure it doesn't go out anymore.
Like an angel from above, Essi appeared in my life at a moment when everything felt upside down. During the healing we went deep into my darkest shadows, and with Essi’s help I saw and felt myself letting go of what did not serve me anymore. After the session Essi explained all the energy work she had done and everything she had seen, with so much detail and symbolism that I now feel like I have so many keys to unlocking more and more layers in me and opening up new doors. The healing helped me to the right path in life. It raised some essential questions to the surface and gave me hope that I have the power to solve and heal them and to live the life I dream.
The energy healing opened my eyes to my body, mind, soul connection and the areas that need more self-healing. During the session, I strongly felt how you were working on those "problem areas" with me. After the session, I felt calm and knowing my next steps on my healing journey.

Doing this process with Essi gave me the ability to step outside myself, like watching someone else in a play whose decisions you can understand with a different perspective and look with objectivity and compassion at the experiences I had been through.
I have been working with Essi for some time now. I had no prior experience with energy work, but I knew enough to know that while I was "happy", there was something stuck and something missing in my life, a hollow-ness I couldn't describe but if I wanted to cry it was always there... What Essi made me discover was that, while I moved 4500 miles away, I still had a foot stick in an old relationship and an old life that no longer existed. I hadn't yet forgiven myself and others in my life for hurting or being hurt, and if I didn't do that, I could never fully open up to the present and possibilities of the future. I started to see the patterns I was stuck in and to understand what steps I needed to take to start changing them.
I was reminded of a quote in doing this kind of self-work – you cannot solve a problem with the same kind of thinking that created it. Many times, we are not equipped to go back and work through and understand the problems on our own because we need help thinking about it differently. We need a guide, and one who already knows what we are thinking, feeling or fearing is the best kind to push you forward. Sometimes during the healing process, I found myself crying and sometimes I felt like I was peeling new layers off and finding exciting discoveries underneath, but through the process, I have come to a different place in my outlook on life and relationships. Energy healing is the kind of thing that is hard understand until you’ve tried it; but if you are willing to look in the mirror, the reward is both seeing with clarity the things that have been holding you back and the realization that you 100% have the power to change it.
Essi's presence is very peaceful and calm and it was easy for me to go into the experience and to go with the flow to see what might be uncovered.
I had not experienced any energy healing before but as I'm always curious to try out new things and to explore new avenues of growth in life, I was lucky to meet Essi and get to try her healing service. My individual online energy healing session with Essi was compelling. I came to her feeling lost and directionless in life like somehow I had lost my “Life Roadmap”. She worked through my chakras and found one of them was at a complete standstill, blocked by the walls I had built around it. She knocked down the layers of this wall, getting to the root of each block I had put up and gave suggestions, exercises, and homework to help me clear away the mess. Some of what she said resonated with me and rang true in my life. Her words helped bring enlightenment to my situation, experiences, and reactions to them. I feel lucky and thankful to have met Essi.
Connect with the Group healing magic
Thanks, Essi, for the beautiful light activation. I still feel like I'm walking lightly and energetically on cotton clouds. Before this group session, my quality of life fluctuated like the weather on a spring day - sometimes, it was sunny, and sometimes snow came into the house quite unexpectedly. I felt my voice and confidence were lost, and some deep shame about myself (I don't understand its root cause) had taken control of me. When I saw what theme was going on in the light activation, I wanted to join because the topic "Harness your inner power" hit me so strongly - now, if ever I have to take the reins into my own hands.
During the activation itself, the subject came closer to me. It strengthened my idea that this is precisely what I needed to improve my quality of life and find the necessary balance between emotions, past experiences, and my thoughts. In the beginning, Essi told us about the activation theme and picked a unicorn oracle card about grandparents. That card raised a big question: "what would MY grandparents have to offer with harnessing my inner voice and power?" Then Essi asked each of us to invite the souls of our grandparents to the activation, and I saw my deceased grandfather smiling next to me. My grandfather's cheerful smile brought some confidence before I fell into a really deep meditation.
It feels like the activation opened some of my inner locks. When Essi started to talk about everything we had gone through together during the activation, the pieces fell into place. Each of us is responsible for using our inner power, but through this light activation session, I understood what things I should focus on to find my inner strength and make it shine. After the activation, I still contacted my grandfather's spirit because I still felt him next to me, and I asked him to tell me what message he wanted to bring me. I received clear instructions on focusing on a family-related topic that had been kept silent. And which strongly has affected me.
Even though the activation is in a group setting, it is still a truly personal experience. This was already my third time in Essi's group activation, and I always learn new things about myself. I take those things with me and work on them. Thank you, Essi. Through you, I have gained access to my own life and found understanding and tools for things that have produced unpleasant and bad feelings.
I am a very sensitive, experienced healer who has practiced and taught self-healing and spiritual laws for over 20 years. My wife and I decided to participate in Essi's Group Light Activation as life is a learning experience, and we wanted to try a new collective way of meditating. Given everything happening on Earth, joining collective healings and meditations is essential.
Both of us enjoyed this fantastic Master-healing. During the group session, Essi's aura was golden. The energy I felt was profoundly healing and had a long-lasting effect on me. I felt how I let go of some of my uncommon fears. Also, I felt the group's collective fears disappearing and the impact we collectively created on this planet. After I had let go, I arrived into deep relaxation. The next day I felt free, relaxed and my fears were gone. I was in harmony. The biggest things I received from the healing were that I now feel connected with LOVE, my higher self, and feel empowered to be who I am. Thank you, Essi.
I booked the Group Light Activation session with Essi just because I really enjoy her presence. I hadn't attended any healing sessions before, so except for her pre-session guidance which was very helpful, I didn't know how I will feel.
I was very pleasantly surprised at how at ease I felt with everything that was happening, which I could most liken to a guided meditation session. There wasn't anything that didn't make sense to me ( I am an overly logical person) or that made me feel uncomfortable. Doing this in a group had a wonderful energy about it and Essi's guidance was there every step of the way and was very reassuring. Essi first guided us to set an intention for the healing. In the meditative part, thoughts- more and more clear, started coming to me, which helped me truly understand the intention I chose at the start, its reason and purpose. At the end of the session, we wrote down our thoughts and Essi offered a collective interpretation of what came to her. The thoughts I wrote and the guidance we received further deepened the sense of clarity of how I should move forward in the area of my intention.
Even though I didn't come to this session with any particular healing goal in mind, I still felt shifts occurring in my consciousness and since the healing, there is this constant wonderful feeling of greater calmness within me.
