HOW I UNLEASHED MY TRUE NATURE
I have walked the path of self-healing for over 20 years. When I was a teenager, my dad got a burnout, left his business career to become a healer – since then he has been mentoring and teaching me about energy work, master, and angel healing as well as life coaching. But actually my first spiritual experiences happened already way before that, as a child. I remember moments of seeing clearly the future, sensing energies, and spirits.
When I moved away from my childhood home, I traveled the world and lived in many countries – only to realize that deep down I was searching for myself and exploring my spirituality. My travels brought me to Amsterdam, where I earned Master of Science in Business studies from the University of Amsterdam. As I always had wanted to be a businesswoman, for years I worked for top global brands in media, branding and marketing-related roles, feeling successful and happy.
Until one Saturday morning…
I Almost Dropped from My Bed
I almost dropped from my bed on that sunny Saturday morning because I woke up realizing that there had to be more to life than what my life was about. There and then, I asked myself:
Why am I not doing something I’m TRULY passionate about? Something that is connected to my deeper purpose. Something that aligns with my heart & soul.
On that day, in my mind, I started Ettinordic, which symbolized a new life for me.
It took 5 years for Ettinordic to become real. Because I had to face my life as it was: good on paper, but I was not happy anymore.
I returned to all the self-healing teachings I had gained as a teenager, studied even more, got a certification in life coaching, and worked on myself daily (body, mind, & soul) – sometimes for hours. As a result, my inner world started changing, and I unleashed the healer within me. I began doing energy healing again also for others.
I also started preparing to leave my old business career behind and start my spiritual business. However, I wasn’t ready to make that BIG & WILD decision. But the Universe had another plan…
Suddenly, COVID-19 arrived on Earth, and everyone’s lives got super uncomfortable. Due to the restructuring in the company I worked for, I got fired from my International Brand Campaign & Global Media Manager role to boost all that uncertainty.
The Unknown, Uncomfy Void And Identity Crisis
Had I manifested this? Perhaps.
Little did I know that leaving my old career behind created a massive domino effect in my life: I left behind my apartment, my home country, my diet, partying & drinking alcohol, being single, my fixed income, a lot of my belongings & clothes, and some friendships. I seriously packed my life into a few boxes and jumped to the new place called the unknown.
In the unknown (which felt like a dark void) I felt very lost, and unsafe. I felt like I had lost everything and didn’t know who I was. In that emptiness, I started to see the suffering I had caused myself and I deeply understood that I had to rebuild many things within me IF I wanted a different life. I knew that doing things the old way would only create similar life that I had left behind.
My Deep Transformation Continued for More Than 3 Years!
With the help of many spiritual teachers, healers, and spiritual beings, I started to work on my transformation. That rebirth process was challenging: I didn’t know what I was doing or where I was going. I had high ups and low lows during that journey. It was like a phoenix was being born from the ashes.
I started to rebuild my identity, heal the wounded inner child within, and lift my consciousness. I also became a certified yoga teacher and started studying interior design – which had always been a big dream of mine!
When I found my inner safety, I officially established my company, Ettinordic. But it did not stop there.
I continued to transform my negative core beliefs and mindset – and heal my self-love and self-worth. I opened my feminine energy. I deepened my understanding of the nervous system, somatic exercises, and nutrition to heal my body. I traveled in my meditations to Atlantis and Lemuria to do soul-level healing.
That process took over two years of deep work – and I felt like I was in a chrysalis that I had built around me, feeling very lonely, having no friends – and being invisible.
But I kept going, practicing self-healing, and day by day, I started feeling better. And then the day came when everything transformed.
I Had Found My Way Home to Myself
It felt like a coin was flipped, and I was out of that transformation stage. I moved to a very different world than where I used to live. This world was operated by love. At the same time, my kundalini energy opened.
I stopped searching for myself as the search ‘as I knew it’ was over. I was everything I searched for. I felt that deep in my body, mind and soul. I felt what it was to be ALL.
I knew who I was and was at peace with it. My life purposes changed and I accepted the new ones. I knew where I was going, and my vision of my future became crystal clear (including the vision of Ettinordic). I knew that everything was happening at the right time – and that I was always guided to be where I needed to be.
I had found myself.
I had became the creator of my life (New Earth Creator), and I was finally living from the perspective of love.
I Unleashed My True Nature
As I saw everything in my life now from this new perspective, I started taking very different types of concrete steps on my path. Those steps transformed the world around me. Ettinordic’s services and branding changed. My coaching method changed. I co-founded a new business. The powerful healing channel within me opened.
At the same time, I knew I had to work on unleashing my true nature and showing myself to the world after all that inner transformation work I had done. That was very uncomfortable as I had to heal my invisibility, fear of rejection, and attachment trauma to show myself. But I again found the right teachers and mentors to help me, and I learned to connect even deeper with my body, mind, and soul. I started showing myself authentically to the world, and my feminine energy started to bloom.
I had unleashed my true nature.
After all of this self-healing work I have done, I still keep practising self-healing daily because it is a life long journey to connect with yourself.
I now have space within me to experience and feel much more joy and love in my life. From this perspective of love, I now also hold space for you.

Me as a Interior Designer
A part of my life purpose is to design Healing Homes and other spaces that heal.
I have always seem homes and spaces from a much deeper perspective than what they look and feel like. Homes act as reflective mirrors, echoing the essence of our beings and lives. So, they possess the profound potential to serve as the ultimate supporters of our holistic well-being, foster connection with self and others, and guide us on our journey on this earth.
In my design process, I dive into the profound meaning of home, blending mystical energy frequencies with aesthetics and what the space feels like. I design and create from my heart – and I follow the heart and soul of my client. I also respect Mother Earth, prioritizing sustainable and eco-friendly choices whenever possible, embracing the charm of second-hand treasures and the purity of non-toxic ingredients.
It’s all about creating an uplifting and loving space that harmoniously nurtures your body, mind, and soul on the deepest levels so you find your way home to yourself.
FUN FACTS ABOUT ME
– I drink every morning fresh celery juice, but I still don’t like eating raw celery!
– I think it is totally normal to chat with angels etc.
– I LOVE second-hand & flea-markets!
– Even if I am a yoga teacher, I forget to do yoga.
– I used to compete in swimming: I swam 7 times per week when I was a teenager!
– My friends say I’m like a fairy – as I am so connected to nature.
– I have spent A LOT of time traveling alone.

The brand name of Ettinordic is a combination of two aspects. Etti (name meaning: a star) reflects the high dimensional start energy the brand represents. It is also the nickname of my beloved grandmother, Esteri, who lived happily at 103.5 years old and was a beautiful example of being her self-healer. I am also named after her, so Etti truly represents me!
Nordic mirrors my strong Finnish roots that ground the energy of the brand.
