Believe in yourself when your life transforms

Your life transformation journey has gone through 3 Stages: Stage 1 – Dream Big, Stage 2 – Personal Growth, and Stage 3 – Big Transformation. You have now entered Stage 4, and you need to believe in yourself.

The adult butterfly has now emerged from the chrysalis to the world. Its wings are small and wet, and it is not yet flying. It must dry its wings, pump fluids into them, and learn how to fly. For a butterfly, it will take a few hours to master flying.

For you, it will take longer. In this Believing in Yourself stage, you truly feel like a newborn butterfly who is out in the world. As an energy healer and psychic, I saw myself as a newborn butterfly, having my wings hanging and wet. And oh, was life so wonderful! I remember right after I had emerged from the chrysalis, it was snowy and windy outside when I went for a walk. I was exploring the cold snow, and the touch of wind on my skin like it was the first time I felt it.

This is the stage when you are taking action and trying things related to your transformation. You try and try. You learn. You fall. You get up and keep on trying. It asks a lot of inner strength to keep trying and not give up. No one can master anything new in a second. You need to practice.

When this stage keeps going on, you must not give up. You are going to fly. Soon, very soon, my dear. So get up and move on. Failure is there to show you a new direction. You have all the tools, knowledge, and skills to fly. Trust that.

Which chakras should you focus on at this BELIEVE IN YOURSELF stage?

This stage is strongly related to your Solar Plexus as it asks you to trust yourself. You need to believe in yourself and behave like that. You might feel like the door is closed to the old part of self that transformed, but you are not yet mastering the newness.

This stage is also linked to your Throat Chakra because you are asked to communicate with the voice of the new you and express yourself authentically

How to know if you are currently on the BELIEVE IN YOURSELF stage?

  • You are like a newborn baby exploring life after being born.
  • You are trying and trying to master the new part of yourself and your life, but keep on falling, sometimes succeeding.
  • Things are starting to fall into the right places, but they are not yet fully there.
  • You are asked to believe and trust in yourself, especially when you question if you should return to the old.

How can you go through this stage and move on to the next stage?

  • The most significant healing moment for me was when I realized that this stage existed. It gave me peace of mind.
  • Believe in yourself. Focus on strengthening your Solar Plexus.
  • Focus on keeping your Throat Chakra open and expressing the new you. This might be challenging, but with practice, you will get better.
  • Surround yourself with people who have created similar transformations and have been successful.
  • Surround yourself with inspiring people who keep on pushing you to get up when you do not feel like that.
  • Try, try and try. Try different things. Learn from failures. Get up and try. Be determined.
  • Listen to the song ‘Try’ by Dolly Parton when you need motivation.

I did healing session for myself when I felt ready to fly. During this powerful yet beautiful session, I was taught how to fly. It felt the same when I learned to walk as a baby or drive a bike. Initially, it wasn’t easy, and I did not know what I was doing until I realized how automatically it came out of me. After that, I moved on to the next stage. I was that butterfly of my dreams.
